I wasn't always as happy as I look, I started off unhappy, misled and confused on how to get my dream physique and what it required.

My fitness journey started with me being over weight at 120kg and feeling hopeless.

I followed FAD diets

Now I'm living a lifestyle that brings me happiness and consistency whilst being in shape! I live a BALANCED lifestyle.
