I wasn't always as happy as I look, I started off unhappy, misled and confused on how to get my dream physique and what it required.
My fitness journey started with me being over weight at 120kg and feeling hopeless.
I followed FAD diets
I tried ketoI tried intermittent fasting
I tried EVERYTHING!!!
Now I'm living a lifestyle that brings me happiness and consistency whilst being in shape! I live a BALANCED lifestyle. I'm here to coach you to living a lifestyle where you can attend social events, you can have that burger & fries, you enjoy that slice of cake. In other words, YOU DON'T MISS OUT!
